Rhode Island Civic Initiative (RICI) is a nonprofit organization committed to cultivating youth leadership, promoting civic engagement, and fostering young and gifted talent. 

We dedicate ourselves to encouraging talented students to become community leaders, to attain their goals, and to develop an attitude of achievement and success.  We hope and aim to develop leaders for our nation by helping public high school students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds gain admission to the country's leading colleges and universities.

We believe that accomplishing this mission is crucial to our shared project of building and maintaining healthy and vibrant communities throughout the State of Rhode Island and across the nation.
